18-year-old Turkish goalkeeper Onuralp Cevikkan has caught the interest of Real Madrid. The leadership of los Blancos sees the young footballer as a replacement for Thibaut Courtois in the future.
According to reports from the Planet Real Madrid website, the club is already looking for someone to replace the Belgian in the future, considering Courtois' age (31 years). Ukrainian Andriy Lunin could potentially become the number one in the team in a few years, however, his contract that expires in the summer of 2025 and has not yet been renewed, diminishing the player's chances.
It is noted that the loaned player from Chelsea, Kepa Arrizabalaga, will not stay in Real Madrid under any circumstances.
During the current season, Onuralp Cevikkan has played in eight matches of the Turkish Super League youth division, with two clean sheets. The Transfermarkt website estimates the goalkeeper at 700,000 euros.
As reported by AS, French forward Kylian Mbappe from PSG has agreed to a significant cut in his salary in order to move to Real Madrid.
