Real Madrid are confident that forward Vinicius Junior will win the prestigious Ballon d'Or and has begun preparations for the awards ceremony. According to Relevo, the club is organizing a trip to Paris for the ceremony, which is scheduled for October 28.
The team is also assembling a group of staff members to accompany the players and is preparing a congratulatory message for the Brazilian star.
Vinicius has been with Real Madrid since July 2018. He has made 276 appearances for the club, scoring 87 goals, and providing 82 assists.
Earlier, former German footballer and World Cup champion Lothar Matthäus stated in an interview with Bild that Manchester City midfielder Rodri deserves the Ballon d'Or more than anyone else.
