Bayern Munich are interested in Real Madrid goalkeeper Andriy Lunin, reports Defensa Central.
The team is looking for a replacement for Manuel Neuer and considers the 25-year-old Ukrainian goalkeeper the most suitable candidate to replace the 38-year-old German. It is noted that Bayern expects to formalize the transfer of Lunin until the summer of 2025, when the goalkeeper's contract with Real Madrid ends.
In the current season, Lunin played 25 matches in all tournaments, conceding 22 goals and keeping a clean sheet 11 times.
Earlier, journalist Fabrizio Romano reported that Real Madrid offered the Ukrainian footballer a new contract. Club President Florentino Perez spoke about the possible sale of Lunin.
