Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio reported on his official website that Real Madrid has signed a new agreement with midfielder Luka Modric for a one-year term.
In the current season, Modric has scored two goals and made eight assists in 44 matches.
Previously, the Croatian said that he would have awarded the Ballon d’Or to his teammate Toni Kroos, who decided to retire after this season.
