Real Madrid Defeat Atalanta 2-0 to Win the 2024 UEFA Super Cup

Real Madrid defeated Atalanta 2-0 to win the 2024 UEFA Super Cup at the National Stadium in Warsaw, Poland, on August 14, with Kylian Mbappé scoring his debut goal for Madrid. 

The first half of the game ended in a dramatic goalless draw, but Federico Valverde opened the scoring in the 59th minute, and nine minutes later, Mbappé left his mark on the match.

The victory see Kylian Mbappé win his first UEFA trophy in his debut game. Meanwhile, the Los Blancos have now won the UEFA Super Cup six times: in 2002, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2022, and 2024.
