Real Madrid is still trying to buy Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappé in the summer transfer window, according to journalist Paco Buyo on social media.
According to him, PSG expects to receive at least €200 million for the Frenchman. The leaders of Real Madrid, however, are not ready to buy a player for this sum.
In addition, the Parisians are unwilling to release Mbappé for free in 2024 as a free agent.
Recall, in the summer of 2022, the forward could go to Real Madrid as a free agent, but eventually decided to stay at PSG and extend his contract. This decision was also influenced by his conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron.
His contract with the club is valid until the summer of 2024. Last season, the 24-year-old had 43 matches in all competitions, scoring 41 goals and ten assists. The Transfermarkt portal estimates the market value of Mbappé at €180 million.
