PSG Players Express Frustration Over Tactical Rigidity of Coach Enrique

Some players at Paris Saint-Germain have voiced their dissatisfaction with the lack of tactical flexibility shown by head coach Luis Enrique. This information was reported by L’Équipe.

According to the source, certain players are unhappy that the Spanish coach does not leverage their strengths, particularly the threat posed by wingers Bradley Barcola and Ousmane Dembele during counter-attacks, as it does not align with Enrique's tactical vision.

Besides, PSG players are frustrated with the coach's lack of patience when they fail to follow his instructions flawlessly. Notably, Enrique has no plans to adjust the team’s playing style.

Currently, the Red and Blue sit in second place in the Ligue 1 standings, having earned 17 points after seven matches. AS Monaco lead the French championship with 19 points.

PSG will play their next match after the international break on October 19 at 22:00 GMT+3, facing Strasbourg.

Previously, Enrique addressed rumors about a conflict with Dembele in an interview with ESPN.
