Portuguese specialist Nuno Alexandre Parreira de Castro has been appointed the new head of the refereeing department at the Kazakhstan Football Federation (KFF), according to Telecomasia.net.
De Castro has already arrived in Astana, and it's expected that the KFF press service will introduce him soon.
Previously, he served as a referee for international matches.
