The Nurnberg women's team posted a photo of the player's deceased ex-girlfriend in the comments under Salernitana's post about the signing of Jerome Boateng.
The team posted a photo on social networks of the ex-girlfriend of the 35-year-old German Kasia Lenhardt, who committed suicide. The couple scandalously separated in 2021, and a week later the girl was found dead in her apartment.
The signing of Boateng's contract with Salernitana was announced on February 2.
Recall, the German was a player of Lyon from September 2021 to July 2023, after which he left the French club as a free agent. In October 2023 it was reported that the transfer of the defender to Bayern was disrupted, although the player took part in training sessions of the Munich main team.
