English Premier League (EPL) club Newcastle United signs Milan and Italy midfielder Sandro Tonali. The Magpies' contract with the 23-year-old is valid until 2028.
The exact sum of the transfer was not disclosed, but according to media reports it is £55 million.
Tonali spent the 2022/2023 Serie A season with the Rossoneri in 34 games, where he scored two goals and gave seven assists. In addition, the midfielder played in 12 games of the Champions League, giving two assists. Transfermarkt estimated the market value of the youth national team captain of the Italian national team at €50 million.
