Germany national team head coach Julian Nagelsmann will extend his contract with the German Football Association (DFB) until the summer of 2026. This was reported by insider Christian Falk on social media.
Nagelsmann has been leading the German national team since September of last year. The 36-year-old coach previously managed Bayern Munich, RB Leipzig, and Hoffenheim. Various media outlets reported that Liverpool and Bayern are interested in the specialist's services.
This summer, the German national team will compete in the European Championship, with Hungary, Switzerland, and Scotland as their opponents in Group A.
According to Bild, the German Football Association wants to invite current Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp to become the head coach of the German national team.
