After the match, Fenerbahce coach Jose Mourinho grabbed Galatasaray’s head coach Okan Buruk by the nose, causing Buruk to fall to the ground in pain. This incident led to a scuffle between players and coaching staff from both teams.
Galatasaray has moved on to the semifinals of the Turkish Cup, where they will face Konyaspor. In the other semifinal, Trabzonspor will compete against the winner of the matchup between Besiktas and Göztepe.
