La Nacion edition reports that cleaner Christian Salamanca, who worked at the stadium of the American club Inter Miami, was fired because of the autograph of the Argentine striker Lionel Messi.
Colombian Cristian Salamanca worked for a Miami cleaning company and was commissioned to work at the Inter Miami stadium. La Nacion reports that Salamanca saw the footballer and asked to sign his Argentina shirt.
Messi did sign it, but the stadium security was not happy about it. According to the code of professional conduct, the employees should not have contact with soccer players. Salamanca was removed from the stadium and later fired.
Messi signed a contract with Inter Miami in July 2023. The Argentine striker scored four goals in his first three matches with the team. According to Yahoo Sports Messi's move brought the club $75 million dollars in the form of investment.
