Messi Wants to Return to His Youth Club Newell's Old Boys in 2025

Lionel Messi, a forward for the American club Inter Miami, may return to his Argentinian roots by rejoining Newell's Old Boys in 2025, according to El Nacional.

Reports indicate that Messi is contemplating finishing his professional career at Newell's Old Boys, where he played in the youth team from 1994 to 2000. His contract with Inter Miami runs through 2025, and there are reports that he is seriously considering signing with Newell's as a free agent to end his career there.

Previously, Messi has played for Barcelona and PSG, and he became a world champion with the Argentina national team in 2022.
