French national team's forward Kylian Mbappé has responded to criticism of coach Zinedine Zidane from the head of the French Football Federation, Noël Le Graët.
On January 8, the edition of RMC Sport cited Le Graët, who commented on the information about the possible hiring of the 50-year-old legend of French football as the head coach of the national team. Le Graët stated that he wouldn't even answer if Zidane tried to contact him.
Zidane is France, you can't disrespect such a legend!
Earlier it was reported that Zidane rejected offers from three national teams at once: Brazil, Portugal and the United States, hoping to lead his country's national team, but the federation extended the agreement with current head coach Didier Deschamps until 2026.
Zidane's last job was coaching Real Madrid, which he left in the summer of 2021. The Spanish team won the Champions League three times under his guidance.
