Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappe has returned to training following an injury he sustained during the sixth round of the group stage in the Champions League.
This news was reported by journalist Fabrizio Romano on his social media.
Mbappe sustained a thigh injury in the match against Atalanta (3-2) and left the field in the 36th minute.
According to Romano, the French player is actively training for the upcoming matches. Real Madrid will soon evaluate the player's health condition and make a decision about his involvement in the final of the Intercontinental Cup, scheduled for December 18 in Doha, where the Madrid club will face Mexican side Pachuca.
The forward joined Real Madrid last summer from PSG. So far, he has played 22 matches for the Spanish club across all competitions, scoring 12 goals and providing two assists.
