LaLiga announced that the matches of matchday 5 of the Spanish championship will start with a moment of silence in memory of the victims of the earthquake in Morocco.
LaLiga official website states:
LALIGA, in coordination with the RFEF, will observe a minute's silence in all fixtures on Matchday 5 of LALIGA HYPERMOTION and the next matchday of LALIGA EA SPORTS, as a heartfelt show of solidarity and support to the families and friends of the victims of the earthquake in Morocco.
Recall, the earthquake in Morocco occurred last night, with a shock magnitude of 6.8 points. At the moment 632 people were reported dead and 329 people injured.
A number of Spanish championship clubs, including Real Sociedad, have also expressed their condolences to the victims.
