In an interview with Morgan, the Portuguese player said that the club officials forced him to leave the team, that he has no respect for head coach Erik ten Hag, and also responded harshly to his former teammate Wayne Rooney.
Ronaldo returned to Manchester United in 2021. The 37-year-old striker has played 16 games for the club this season, with three goals and two assists.
