Midfielder of the Spanish national team and RB Leipzig Dani Olmo could be heading to Manchester City, as reported by journalist Gianluca Di Marzio.
According to sources, the Citizens have been closely monitoring the performances of the Spanish midfielder for several seasons. It's noted that Manchester City's head coach Pep Guardiola has been impressed by the 26-year-old's play.
Olmo's contract with RB Leipzig, running until mid-2027, includes a release clause. Manchester City would have to pay €60 million for Olmo.
At Euro 2024, the Spanish midfielder scored three goals and provided two assists. Last season, Olmo played 25 matches for RB Leipzig, scoring eight goals and providing five assists.
