According to journalist Florian Plettenberg on social media, Manchester United are interested in 26-year-old left-back David Raum from RB Leipzig and the German national team, adding him to their list of potential new signings.
The club believes that Raum's playing style fits well with the tactical scheme of their head coach, Ruben Amorim.
Raum has been with RB Leipzig since July 2022. He has played 89 matches for the German club, scoring three goals and providing 16 assists. His contract with the Red Bulls runs until the end of June 2027, and his transfer market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at 25 million euros.
Earlier, Amorim stated in an interview with Sky Sports that he plans to change Manchester United's playing style.
