Goalkeeper of Serie A club Inter André Onana may continue his career at English side Manchester United, according to journalist and insider Nicolo Schira.
According to Schira, Manchester has already made the Nerazzurri an official offer for the transfer of the 27-year-old goalkeeper, agreeing to the sum of €45-50 million, requested by Inter's management. MU has formed a contract for Onana until 2028 with a salary of €6 million.
During the 2022/2023 Serie A season, Onana took part in 24 games, where he conceded 24 goals and kept a clean sheet in eight games. The Cameroonian also played 13 games in the Champions League (16 goals conceded, eight clean sheets).
On June 22 La Gazzetta dello Sport reported that in case the Cameroonian leaves his club, there are two candidates to replace him: Giorgi Mamardashvili of Spanish Valencia and Yann Sommer of German Bayern.
