The Telegraph reported that Manchester City have offered West Ham €105 million for midfielder Declan Rice. Previously, West Ham wouldn't let him go to Arsenal.
The London club offered the same amount of €105 million for the player, but they intended to pay it off over the course of five years. Man City offered 93m + 12m bonuses and were ready to pay the full amount in a shorter time.
Rice is a graduate of Chelsea academy, who joined West Ham United at the age of 14. The midfielder has played 245 matches for West Ham United, scoring 15 goals and giving 13 assists. Transfermarkt estimates the market value of the player at €90 million.
