Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric sends a heartfelt message to his teammate Toni Kroos following his decision to retire.
The 34-year-old midfielder will be done with football after Germany's home European Championship. Kroos played for Real Madrid since 2014 along with Modric, winning four Champions Leagues.
The Croatian wrote on social media:

It truly has been an honor to share the Real Madrid midfield with you. You have qualities that make you a unique and special footballer, and there will never be another Toni Kroos. You have achieved everything but you still have one left. Together for 15. I'll miss you, friend.
Earlier, Toni himself stated that Real Madrid has been and will be his last club. Also Cristiano Ronaldo addressed the player after the announcement of the end of his career.
