Liverpool are considering a move for 27-year-old Atalanta winger Ademola Lookman and may attempt to sign him during the summer transfer window, according to Sky Sports.
The club views the Nigerian player as a potential replacement for 32-year-old Mohamed Salah, the source reports. Lookman's representatives have already initiated talks with Liverpool. Arsenal and several clubs from Saudi Arabia are also said to be interested in the forward.
This season, Lookman has appeared in 29 matches across all competitions, scoring 17 goals and providing seven assists. His contract with Atalanta runs through the summer of 2026, and Transfermarkt estimates his transfer value at 55 million euros.
Previously, Salah had made the decision to leave Liverpool for a move to the Saudi Arabian league.
