Journalist Tobi Altschäffl cited Lewandowski's words on his social media:
I played for Bayern for eight years. Therefore, there's a bit more space in my heart for FC Bayern than for Dortmund. I would go for Bayern
Lewandowski has played for both German powerhouses before moving to Barcelona.
