Bayern Munich forward Leroy Sane may be heading back to England, according to journalist Nicolo Schira. The source reveals that several Premier League clubs are showing interest in the 28-year-old player, whose contract with the Munich club runs until the end of June 2025.
The clubs are planning to sign Sane as a free agent. The German forward has been with Bayern since July 2020 and has scored 1 goal in 4 matches so far in the 2024/25 season. Transfermarkt estimates him at €70 million.
Sane previously played in the Premier League with Manchester City from 2016 to 2020. This past summer, the player underwent surgery for an existing injury.
