Liverpool's head coach Jurgen Klopp commented on the accusation of 115 financial fair play violations against Manchester City.
The Daily Mirror quotes Klopp as saying:
Everybody knows about the 115 charges but I have no clue what that means. I only know the number. I don’t know what they did, if they did anything and I’m not here to say they have. Of course, I would like to know [what the verdict is] one day. Everyone wants to know.
At the beginning of last year, the English Premier League (EPL) officially charged Manchester City with 115 financial rule violations during the period from the 2009/10 season to the 2017/18 season. The investigation began back in 2018.
Earlier, the CEO of the EPL Richard Masters stated that a hearing regarding the Manchester City case would commence shortly.
According to the Daily Mail, if the Citizens are found guilty, they could be excluded from the top division of the English championship.
