Former Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has received an offer to coach the US national team, as reported by The Independent.
According to the publication, the American federation's leadership wants the expert in this position to prepare the national team for the 2026 World Cup, which will be held in North America.
The 2026 FIFA World Cup will take place from June 11 to July 19 in the US, Canada, and Mexico. The current champion is Argentina, defeating France in Qatar in 2022 (3-3, 4-2 on penalties).
Argentina national team striker Lionel Messi stated he is unsure if he will participate in the 2026 World Cup.
