According to journalist and insider Steve Bates on his social network page, the head coach of the English Premier League (EPL) club Manchester United Erik ten Hag will continue to work with the Red Devils.
According to Bates, the management of the club does not intend to part with the 54-year-old Dutch specialist. However, ten Hag's resignation will be discussed only if MU fails at the end of the season-2023/2024. The coach had earlier confessed to the Mirror that is not worried about rumors of a possible resignation.
It should be noted that before that in December 2023, Sky Sports reported the manager's loss of the United's locker room.
Ten Hag took charge of the team in April 2022, moving from Ajax Amsterdam. The Red Devils scored 38 points in the EPL season 2023/2024, finishing in sixth position in the standings, outside of the European competitions. Moreover, MU fell out of the Champions League, having taken the last place in Group A.
