Manchester City head coach Josep Guardiola assessed the team's chances of retaining the title after a draw in the last Premier League match against Tottenham.
After 14 rounds of the English championship, the Citizens are in third place in the standings with 30 points, three points behind the league-leading Arsenal.
The Straits Times quotes the Spanish specialist as saying:
My feeling today is we will win the Premier League. If you ask me today, if we play at the level of Liverpool or Tottenham, we’ll do it again, knowing it’s not easy.
Earlier, Guardiola said that the time of Belgian midfielder Kevin de Bruyne is running out. Josep also said that he will remain at the head of the "citizens" even if they are relegated to the third strongest league in England.
