Portuguese specialist Jose Mourinho is set to become the head coach of the Turkish club Fenerbahce, as reported by the well-known insider Gianluca Di Marzio.
Mourinho's most recent position was with AS Roma in Italy, where the 61-year-old coach was in charge from summer 2021 until January 2024. In the past season of the Turkish championship, Fenerbahce secured second place.
Various sources indicate that the agreement between Mourinho and his new club will be for two years.
Previously, there were reports that Mourinho could lead West Ham in England. The coach himself admitted that he plans to retire between the years 2035 and 2040.
