Former German goalkeeper Jens Lehmann spoke about the national team of Spain ahead of a face-to-face match in the quarterfinal of the European Championship-2024.
Goal quotes Lehmann as saying, referring to Welt:
We've seen the good results [Spain] have had, without doubt, in the group phase. In terms of technique, they might be better than us. But they're small in terms of height, and they're inexperienced. They're a team of kids. They have very young players. They don't have much international experience.
The meeting at the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Stuttgart will take place tomorrow, June 5 and will kick off at 19:00 GMT+3.
The 2024 European Championship takes place in Germany from June 14 to July 14. The reigning winner of the trophy is the Italian national team, but the champions lost to Switzerland in the Round of 16 0:2. The Spaniards and Germans have won the Euros the most among all teams (three times each).
