U.S. Inter Miami, owned by former England midfielder David Beckham, is ready to offer Portuguese Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo a salary of 30 million pounds (more than $33 million) a year, the Daily Star reports.
According to the source, a place in the team for the 37-year-old Ronaldo will be free after the departure of Argentine striker Gonzalo Higuain, who previously announced the end of his career at the end of the season. It is noted that Inter Miami expects to get Ronaldo on the rights of a free agent. The Portuguese's current contract with MJ expires in the summer of 2023.
In the current season, Ronaldo spent nine matches for United and scored one goal.
