
Andres Iniesta, former player for the Spanish national team and FC Barcelona, has revealed his list of five favorite footballers in the history of the sport.
According to Sportskeeda, the legendary midfielder chose Pep Guardiola, Xavi, David Silva, Santi Cazorla, and Michael Laudrup as his top picks.
Iniesta was part of Barcelona's squad from 1996 to 2018, during which he played 674 official matches for the club, scoring 57 goals and providing 136 assists. In addition, he played for Japanese club Vissel Kobe, appearing in 134 games and registering 26 goals and 25 assists. The final club in his career was Emirates FC in the UAE, where he scored five goals in 23 matches.
While playing for the Spanish national team, Iniesta won the UEFA European Championship twice and the World Cup once.
