England's forward Harry Kane has responded to fans' criticism regarding the performance of the national team at the 2024 UEFA European Football Championship.
Kane told Daily Mail:
I try and stay away from it as much as possible but it's impossible to not see some of the stuff nowadays. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion and when a major international tournament is on it's going to be heightened.
Kane has been playing for England since March 2015. In June 2017, he became the captain of the national team.
After two rounds of the Euro 2024 group stage, the English team leads Group C with four points.
Previously, Harry Kane expressed thoughts on the state of his career before the third-round group stage match against Slovenia at Euro 2024.
