Sleep is the most important thing in the world. To sleep good, [I do] simple things [like wearing] blue blocking glasses, and shutting out all the signals in the bedroom. You should try and tape your mouth. I sleep with it.
Haaland was previously voted UEFA's best player of the season by UEFA and the Professional Footballers' Association of England.
The Norwegian joined the Citizens last summer. Last season he played 53 matches in all tournaments in which he scored 52 goals.
