Manchester City's 22-year-old Norwegian forward Erling Haaland scored a double in the English Championship match against Leeds in round 17 (3-1) and surpassed his father Alf-Inge Haaland in the number of goals in the EPL.
The forward managed to reach the 20-goal mark in the EPL the fastest in history. It took the Norwegian 14 games. Haaland's father scored 18 goals in 181 games in the English championship, Alf-Inge played for Manchester City, Leeds and Nottingham Forest from 1993 till 2004.
Haaland moved to Manchester City from Borussia Dortmund before the start of the current season. The forward played 20 matches in England, scored 26 goals and had three assists.
