Manchester City head coach Josep Guardiola has expressed his desire to continue with the club but stated he would be willing to step down if he ever feels uncomfortable in his role.
Guardiola told Sky Sports during a press conference:
What's for sure is I want to stay. But the moment I feel I am not positive for the club another one will come. I want to be there and rebuild the team in many aspects from now on until the end of the season and next season.
In their Champions League match against Feyenoord, City reached a 3-0 lead, but ended up with a 3-3 draw, marking their sixth consecutive winless match.
Guardiola appeared at the press conference with noticeable scratches on his head and a bruise on his nose, explaining that the scratches were intentional.
