Manchester City head coach Josep Guardiola in a conversation with journalist Fabrizio Romano commented on the possibility of his return to Barcelona.
When asked about a possible return to the Catalan club in the future, Guardiola said that that door is closed.
The specialist led Barcelona from 2008 to 2012, winning 14 trophies with his team, including three Spanish championships, two Spanish Cups, two Champions Leagues, two UEFA Super Cups, two Club World Cups and three Spanish Super Cups.
Guardiola has been the head coach of Manchester City since 2016. According to media reports, the Citizens plan to sign a long-term contract with the coach, but he wants to leave the club in the summer of 2025.
