Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola couldn’t hold back the tears when asked about Jurgen Klopp's departure from Liverpool.
I will miss him a lot, Jurgen has been a really important part of my life. He has brought me to another level as a manager, I think we respect each other incredibly.
Klopp left the team at the end of the season after his contract expired. He had been in charge of Liverpool since the fall of 2015 and won eight trophies with the club: the Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, Premier League, League Cup (twice), FA Cup, and Community Shield, as well as the Club World Cup.
Klopp previously mentioned that he plans to take a long break from coaching.
