The press service of Manchester City reported that the English club has extended the agreement with 51-year-old Spanish head coach Josep Guardiola until 2025.
Guardiola's previous agreement with Manchester City runs for another year, after which a new two-year contract will begin. Thus, the Spaniard will work at an English club until the summer of 2025.
Guardiola has led Man City since 2016 and has won the English Championship and the English League Cup four times with the team, as well as the FA Cup.
This season, Manchester City is second in the standings with 32 points after 14 rounds, five points behind the leading Arsenal.
