Manchester City head coach Josep Guardiola has named Real Madrid and Bayern Munich as his main rivals in this season's UEFA Champions League.
The Citizens are the current winners of the main European Cup. Guardiola's team won against Copenhagen in the round of 16 of the current draw.
Guardiola was quoted as saying by UEFA's official website as saying:
Listen, we are competing against Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, PSG, I don’t [after] know next week’s [ties] which opponents we are going to face, but they will be really, really tough. In that situation, it’s a question of wait and see. The important thing is, seven years in a row being there, this is honestly, quite impressive.
Earlier Gerard Pique called the Spanish specialist the best coach in the history of football. Also Guardiola voiced dissatisfaction with the hectic schedule of Manchester City.
