Give Me Sport has released an updated list of the top contenders for the Ballon d'Or in 2025. Mohamed Salah has lost his leading position, attributed to Liverpool’s elimination from the Champions League after a defeat to PSG.
The Egyptian player now ranks third among the most likely candidates. Rising to the top of the list is star Real Madrid player Kylian Mbappe, followed by Barcelona winger Raphinha.
Also included in the top five are Vinicius Junior in fourth place and Lamine Yamal in fifth.
The current holder of the Ballon d'Or is Brazilian midfielder Rodri from Manchester City.
