Today, 25 June, the group stage matches of the European Championship in Group D have ended, with Austria and France directly qualifying for the play-off stage.
The Austrians defeated the Netherlands 3-2 in the final match of the group stage and went into the play-offs from first place in the group with six points.
France finished the group stage with a draw against Poland, with the Poles responding to Kylian Mbappe's penalty with a goal from Robert Lewandowski, who also converted the spot-kick.
