Former England midfielder Joey Barton, who now leads the English League One club Bristol Rovers, has called for the dismissal of Three Lions head coach Gareth Southgate.
The current contract of the 52-year-old specialist with the national team expires in 2024. Earlier, the media reported that the England Football Federation showed its support for Southgate.

The England team left the 2022 World Cup at the quarter final stage, losing to France (1-2). The only goal of the British in that match was scored by Harry Kane, who converted the spot-kick. The Tottenham forward also failed to score a second penalty shot past Hugo Lloris.
