Corinthians received with sadness and indignation the information that our athlete Luan was assaulted by alleged fans in the early hours of this Tuesday morning. The club is following the investigation of the facts and offers the player all necessary support, as it has always done since his transfer in 2020.
The club also regrets the intolerance that dominates Brazilian soccer. Nothing justifies the cowardly aggression suffered by the athlete
Luan has played for Corinthians since 2020. He played a total of 78 matches for the team, scoring nine goals and making five assists.
In 2016, the midfielder became Olympic champion with the Brazilian national team.
