The official website of Real Madrid released a statement regarding the departure of midfielder Eden Hazard, who previously played for the Belgian national team.
It should be recalled that the employment contract of 32-year-old Hazard with the Los Blancos was valid until the end of the season-2023/2024, but the Belgian is considering ending his professional career. Hazard has not yet made a final decision to retire.

Hazard played six Primera Liga games for the club in the 2022/2023 season, where he registered only one assist, and three Champions League matches (one goal).
