In the 32nd round match of the EPL against Crystal Palace (4-2), De Bruyne scored two goals and provided an assist. These goals marked his 99th and 100th for Manchester City, placing him in third place on the club's list of top scorers, where he surpassed Shaun Goater, who had 99 goals for the English club. The record for most goals scored for City is held by Sergio Aguero, with 260 goals. Rahim Sterling occupies second place with 131 goals.
Kevin De Bruyne has been playing for Manchester City since 2015 and has won 17 trophies with the club, including the UEFA Champions League. His contract with the club runs until June 30, 2025. The Transfermarkt website estimates the midfielder's transfer at €60 million.
Earlier, ESPN reported that De Bruyne is a transfer target for some clubs in Saudi Arabia. Journalist Sam Lee stated that the Belgian would like to finish his career at Manchester City.
