According to AS, Atlético Madrid's management is interested in signing Liverpool striker Darwin Núñez in the summer of 2025.
The Reds signed the Uruguayan player in 2022, acquiring him from Benfica for 75 million euros. In 43 matches this season, Núñez has scored seven goals and provided seven assists.
Reports suggest that Atlético are interested in Núñez due to a lack of attacking players at the Spanish club. Liverpool are reportedly open to selling the 25-year-old forward for 45 million pounds.
At the end of the current season, Núñez has already helped the Reds secure the English Premier League title.
