Croatian publication Sportske Novosti published a material that describes Argentina's "dirty plan" for the game against Croatia in the semi-finals of the World Cup 2022.
The publication notes that an Argentine player told his European clubmates that the team was tasked with derailing the Croatians. The unnamed player performs in the national team's core and believes that it will be possible to achieve a result in the first 60 minutes of the match by breaking the opponents' spirits.

The Argentines believe that some of our guys have weak nerves, that they won't be able to hold back after pushing, hitting, tackling, offensive phrases about relatives and the like. The three Argentine players received special instructions on how to provoke the three Croatian players, whom they consider the weakest psychological link of the team.
The Croatian national team will face Argentina in the semifinal match of World Cup 2022 on December 13 at 22:00 GMT+3.
